Individual employees are not alerted by Feedback.com. Registered businesses have the ability to route feedback to anyone inside their company. The business you are trying to reach is not currently registered.

iquanyin moon hey, nice app and great contest. thanks for your good work one thing: on ipad, the keyboard hides seach results in landscape view. results vanish if you make the keyboard go away. and there's considerable lag in typing this right now (like how it was on most sites with my first gen iphone on fw 1.3). maybe you can update and improve these things?

Feedback.com All new feedback is tweeted via twitter.com with either a #BIZNAME or %TWITTER_ID. Registered businesses provide us with email addresses which we use to notify the owner of new feedback. We also employ techniques to source contact info for businesses in the USA, but we don't disclose how we do that :)

All too often, review sites make you fill out pages of information before you can do anything, and often people just aren't motivated enough to do it. My only question is, do you compare users by IP address to ensure you don't get false posters hyping up a company? I can't stand when I hit a review site and there are 35 reviews for a company, all using the same words & phrases. Makes it harder on real companies! Again, great job!6 months ago
Feedback.com Thanks for signing up, and thanks for your support! Since we do not do star ratings or any type of stack-ranking, there is no incentive for businesses to fake their feedback pages. If it does happen, we also utilize filtering for duplicate, abusive and fake feedback, but that has been rare on our site.

If we do not have your email address (ex: a first time feedback posting), we create a public page under the name given and you can search for it in our search box. A recent example...type "Saskatoon Golf Course" in our search box and click on the name. You can see this business has one feedback message. If we do not display your name or no feedback is displayed, then we do not have any feedback yet.

orlink@... I think the "Recommend to a Friend" feature needs some editing.
1. When I sent my recommendation I was not aware that the email will contain a link to my feedbacks. If I was I may have made some of them non-public. Second, at least one of my friends said she was a bit surprised and wondered why was it that I wanted her to read my feedback (about things she did not care). "Recommend to a Friend" is different from "Share your Feedback" ;-).7 months ago

Feedback.com You have two options: 1. once a business gets the first feedback, you will be able to register as the owner of that business, or 2. give us the names of the businesses you want to register with Feedback.com and we will add them to our database. Once you are a registered business owner, you can edit the contact information, etc.
